Siddha Samadhi Yoga. A unique, results-oriented system of Yoga. It systematically brings students to a new level of understanding of themselves, the world around them, as well as the relationship between them. This new understanding often brings about profound changes in an individual's perception of life and the way he or she decides to live it.

The foundation of this new understanding and appreciation for life is based on four pillars, fundamental to everyone's own life. These are: proper nutrition, proper breathing, light exercise as well as daily meditation.
