Directional Breathing Exercise Series
Another way of controlling the flow of prana is through the use of the hands. Instinclively we already know this. Just try to remember a time when you bumped your toe on a table leg and not immediately put your hand on your foot. Having had a deep understanding of this knowledge, the ancients had devised ways of sending prana to different parts of the body by using mudras, or hand positions.

As the name implies, this second series of exercises taught as part of the Siddha Samadhi Yoga programs uses special hand positions to send this vital life force throughout the body
